Jon was very kind. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone at this location is so nice. I enjoy enjoy my visits. This is the only place I buy cannabis from and have for a couple of years now.

Thank you, shaylene. What a knowledgeable bud, tender and great service

I come here pretty often and I always experience great service, helpful staff and good prices. Emphasis on helpful staff and speed. They will also keep your wallet if you happen to lose it there. Thank you so much to Shayleene and other staff members for saving my week and making my days!

so I’ve always been coming to this location and the service is impeccable!!! But I have to share this story that happened today… so a couple days ago my brother went into the store and unfortunately he left his wallet on the counter and walked out the store. When he realized he lost his wallet of course he was freaking out and ripped the whole place apart trying to look for it but no luck😅 Anyways today October 28 just now i went to plant life Terra Losa and the girl working their Shaylene told me that she held my brothers wallet in a safe spot so no one could’ve stolen it 😭😭 I just wanted to say thank you to Shaylene and the team at Plantlife Terra Losa for handling my brothers wallet safely and treating us so nicely + saving us the hassle of getting a whole new ID, bankcards and wallet !!! I super appreciate this kind gesture and totally recommend this location for all your goodies + the deals and prices are awesome!! Thank you guys 😇😇

I had placed an order while I was in town for the night, unfortunately i had to leave town before it was processed for delivery, I contacted the store and they handled the situation amazingly. The kind woman on the phone took down all my information for the order and told me they would look into it and get back to me. Shortly after, Gerry contacted me and assured and confirmed for me that my order was updated as cancelled and not processed, thanks so much Gerry and the kind woman at Plantlife TerraLossa

Such a nice experience, the workers are extremely helpful, and the atmosphere is so welcoming!

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, easy to find what I'm looking for!
